Two building types, two different pieces of work
Along Muchavista and the seafront the stock is apartment blocks, mostly from the 1970s and 1980s. These have centralised meter rooms, corrugated conduit in the walls that is usually still usable, and installations that were adequate for their period. The work here is normally the board and its protective devices, sometimes with additional circuits drawn through the existing conduit, and walls stay closed.
