Who we are
We are an electrical installation business working the stretch of coast between Elche and Villajoyosa. Most of our work falls into four areas: emergency call-outs, EV charger installation, air conditioning and solar. General electrical work — boards, circuits, lighting, faults — comes with all four.
A large share of our customers do not live here all year, or do not speak Spanish as a first language, or both. That shapes how we work more than anything else: being able to explain a fault clearly in a message, send photographs of what we found, and give a price that does not move, matters as much as the work itself.
How a job runs with us
The same six steps whether it is a tripping switch or a solar array. Most of them exist so that you know what is happening, and what it costs, before it happens.
You tell us what is happening
Through the form or by message, in English or Spanish. A photo of the fault, the board or the meter cabinet often answers the first questions without a visit.
We tell you the call-out fee first
Before anyone travels, not on the invoice. For an emergency you decide with the cost in front of you.
We look before we price
For planned work we visit, read the board and the supply, and measure the job. A price from a photograph would only be a guess.
You get one figure and approve it
A written quote with no provisional items. Nothing chargeable beyond the agreed visit is done until you have said yes.
We do the work and photograph it
You see what we found and what we left behind, which matters most when you are not in the country while it happens.
You get paperwork you can use
Documentation in English or Spanish, and where the work needs a certificate for the distributor or the town hall, we prepare it.
What you can hold us to
Promises on a website are cheap, so these are the ones you can check on your own job.
The call-out fee before we set off
If the fault turns out to be nothing, you already knew what the visit would cost.
The inconvenient answer first
If it can wait until Monday, or the smaller system is the better buy, we say so, including when it costs us the job.
A quote that does not move
Planned work is priced after we have seen it, as one figure with no provisional items.
Nothing chargeable without your yes
Beyond the agreed visit, nothing is added to the bill until you have approved it.
Photographs of what we found
The fault, the fix and the finished installation, not just a line on an invoice.
Only claims we can back up
No invented ratings, years or job counts on this site. The reviews are real and quoted word for word.
Real jobs, our own photographs
Taken on our own installations in the area we cover.

How we think about the work
What do we do differently?
We tell you the inconvenient answer first. That your fault can wait until Monday and does not need a night call-out. That the bigger solar array is the worse investment. That the 22 kW charger will charge your car at exactly the same speed as the 7.4 kW one, because your car is the limit, not the charger.
None of that is charity. It is the only way to be worth calling a second time, and in a market where most enquiries come from a neighbour's recommendation, the second call is the whole business.
Why only four services?
Because the alternative is a list of forty services on a website and genuine competence in six of them. EV chargers, air conditioning and solar are all changing quickly — equipment, regulations and what is actually worth buying are not the same as they were three years ago, and keeping up with three moving fields is realistic in a way that keeping up with forty is not.
The four also share a spine. A charger, an air conditioning system and a solar array all ask the same question of your installation: can the supply carry it, and is the board fit to take another circuit? Reading a meter cabinet properly is the same skill in all three.
What we will not put on this website
No prices we cannot stand behind, no invented star ratings, and no claims about years in business or job counts that we cannot evidence. The reviews on this site are transcribed word for word from our own Google profiles, and we do not mark them up as structured data, because self-published review markup is against Google's own guidelines.
If a figure is missing from this site, it is missing on purpose: we would rather leave a gap than fill it with something that sounds good.

Seven towns along the coast between Elche and Villajoyosa, each with its own page on the housing, the supply and the faults we actually get called to there.
All towns we cover →Common questions
Are you a large company?
No, and that is deliberate. You deal with the people doing the work rather than a call centre, which is why quotes come after a visit rather than from a script.
Do you work in English?
Yes, in English and Spanish, including quotes and documentation. Explaining a fault clearly by message is a large part of the job when an owner is abroad.
Do you work for property managers and communities?
Yes. Communal garages and shared roofs are routine for charger and solar work, and we provide the documentation an administrator or a junta will ask for.
Can you handle work while I am out of the country?
Yes, this is common here. We can attend with a tenant, a neighbour or a key-holder present, photograph what we find, and report back to you before doing anything chargeable beyond the visit.
Shall we talk about your job?
Tell us what you need and we will come back with a price and a date. No obligation.
