Need an EV charger at home?
The charger is the easy part. What decides the installation is your supply, the distance to your parking space and where you park.
- 7.4 kW
- Single phase, which is what most homes have. Adds roughly 35–40 km of range per hour: plenty for overnight charging.
- 11 kW and 22 kW
- Need a three-phase supply, which most homes do not have, and a car that can accept the higher rate. Many cannot.
- Load management
- A sensor lets the charger slow down while the oven is on, so you usually do not need to raise your contracted power.
- Your existing supply
- We read the meter first: available power, single or three phase, and the state of the consumer unit.
- Cable distance
- A longer run needs a heavier cable. The distance from the meter to your space often matters more than the charger model.
- Private or communal garage
- In a comunidad you have the right to install in your own space after notifying the community in writing. A separate meter keeps the consumption yours.
- Solar
- If you have or plan solar panels, a car that charges while the sun is up is the best use of the surplus.

Do you work in English?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, including all paperwork and quotes. A lot of our work is for owners who are not resident year-round, so being able to explain a fault clearly by message matters as much as the visit itself.
How quickly can you come out in an emergency?
Typically 60 to 90 minutes across the seven towns we cover. We give you a realistic time when you get in touch rather than an optimistic one, and we tell you the call-out charge before setting off.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes for planned work — chargers, air conditioning, solar — are free, and they are fixed figures rather than estimates that move once work starts.
Can you work with my community of owners?
Yes. Communal garages and shared roofs are a routine part of car charger and solar work, and we are used to dealing with administrators and providing the documentation a junta will ask for.
