This site has one form and no trackers. Here is exactly what happens to what you send us.
We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights. This page describes the whole of it — there is no second system behind the scenes.
What data do we collect?
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, the contact detail you give us (a WhatsApp number or an email address), the service and town you select, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else is collected, and none of it is required before you choose to send it.
We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts, and this site loads no fonts, scripts or images from external services. Your browser talks to this website and to nothing else.
Why do we hold it, and on what basis?
We hold it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out and invoice the work. The lawful basis is your consent when you send the form, and thereafter the performance of a contract with you.
We do not send marketing, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it?
Your enquiry is delivered to us through a private messaging channel and email so that we see it quickly. Those providers process the message in transit as our data processors and do not use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law obliges us to — for example, tax records relating to work we have invoiced.
How long do we keep it?
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Where work is carried out, the records attached to the invoice are kept for the period Spanish tax and commercial law requires, which is currently longer than that and is not something we can shorten at request.
What rights do you have?
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to our processing of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to the contact address on this site and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
Data stored in your browser
This site stores nothing in your browser for its own purposes: no analytics identifier, no advertising cookie, no cross-site tracker. Anything your browser keeps is its own ordinary caching of pages and images.
