Letting registration and what it expects of the installation

A property registered as tourist accommodation has to meet the conditions that registration carries, and the electrical installation is part of that. What is expected goes beyond simply working: it is documented compliance, which is why an inspection can ask for paperwork rather than a demonstration.

The requirements also reach further than a private home.
